Jo Staines
Jo is an Associate Professor and Enterprise Fellow at The University of Melbourne where she is leading industry activities to establish a Manufacturing and Industrial Systems Engineering programme, encompassing research, education and engagement streams. She is a respected aerospace industry leader who worked for Boeing in Australia and the United States for more than 22 years, much of that in senior leadership roles across a range of functional responsibilities. She has extensive experience in implementing complex transformation projects and contracts, establishing management information systems and satisfying competing stakeholder requirements.
Jo will discuss reestablishment of manufacturing Engineering courses at Melbourne University.
